The series is a comedy-styled manga which follows the continuing adventures of Pikachu and Clefairy, who are joined by new friends Torchic and Mightyena. This is meant to be a time period-accurate fancast, so please only cast VAs who were active in the industry around the mid 2000s. Casting deceased/retired VAs is fine provided they were alive and active in the industry around that time.
