The elder and leader of the Pokemon Beach, who serves as Team Stormy's mentor. He's an easygoing old man who likes to take long walks around the beach, and though he seems silly and absentminded, he's quite wise and good at keeping things together around the village. If you choose the Blue route, he's the one who sends you on your mission, but on the other two routes you only meet him when you visit the Pokemon Beach during the story.
