A member of Team Skull, a "rescue team" infamous for causing trouble rather than helping. His team used to be part of Wigglytuff (now Bibarel)'s Guild, but was ousted for causing too much trouble for Pokemon in and out of the guild. He largely sticks behind his leader Skuntank, and is infamous for having a head full of air... Or rather, noxious gas.
