When Celebi teleports herself, Treecko and Duskull to the future by accident to escape the bounty hunters pursuing them, Treecko meets a version of himself from a much different timeline, one where all hope was lost as the planet came to a sudden stop, that soon found a home in the future they arrived at. Though he's much wiser and more grounded compared to his younger self, he still holds a pure heart and a strong sense of justice.
