Carter "Cartoka" Shepard is a brown-eyed 16-year-old boy with blonde hair with purple at the tips who wears a red jacket over a white shirt, red pants and red and white shoes during the day. Like other nighttime villains during the day, he is a bully and he and his twin sister, Carly, were both competitive. During the night, his appearance is similar to his cartoon counterpart though more human rather than humanoid, eliminating the pointed ears and blue and red skin. However, his outfits remain the same.
