It takes place a few years after the events of "Dead Men Tell No Tales." After the Trident of Poseidon was destroyed breaking every sea curse, Will Turner is freed from having to sail the Flying Dutchman and is reunited with his love, Elizabeth Swann, and they are a now a whole family with their son, Henry. Unfortunately, since Will no longer leads the Flying Dutchman, the spirit of Davy Jones arises with a convoluted revenge plot in store. Once again, the reckless yet charming Captain Jack Sparrow must help out his friends and save the world in what may be his "final voyage" ever. But things get complicated when his old flame, Angelica Teach, returns and plans to sabotage Jack out of spite. She also has a daughter named Sara, who is later revealed to be JACK'S daughter too! After finding that out later in the movie, Jack tries to settle things between her and Sara that way they'll be happy and they'll stop Davy Jones and his resurrected pirate zealots once and for all. Part of the story will involve Atlantis. This will be the last time Johnny Depp will play Sparrow and be the Pirates movie that ends it all.
