A driver comes across a man near to death with a flock of refugee children deserted in dangerous lands. She promises to get them to asylum, but first she's got to steel an old computer from a mad business tycoon that is wiring transferable "I.O.U.'s" to terrorists.
Loosely based off of a concept that John Carpenter had worked on.
