Sonic the Hedgehog is a video game series and media franchise created by the Japanese developers Yuji Naka, Naoto Ohshima, and Hirokazu Yasuhara for Sega. The franchise follows Sonic, an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog who battles the evil Doctor Eggman, a mad scientist.
Captain Olimar, pilot of the S.S. Dolphin has crash-landed on a strange planet full of large bug-like creatures. He meets a cute native species called Pikmin, who follow him around and take orders whether it's fighting large Bulborbs or lifting up treasures. Olimar and his Pikmin army have to collect parts of his rocketship and return home in 30 days.
