A haughty and rich old lady who lives in a mansion near St. Hermelin High School. She was actually very poor until recently but acquired a vast fortune through unknown means. As she was seen near the Mikage Ruins a lot prior to becoming rich, a rumor was soon spread that she was raiding the ruins in search of old artifacts to sell, although this theory is treated as mere gossip. Katsue has filled the Kaneda Mansion with her personal collection of antiques but is extremely paranoid that other people want to steal her treasure and treats everyone like a potential thief.
