Mothra is a kaiju that first appeared in Toho's 1961 film Mothra. Mothra has appeared in several Toho tokusatsu films, most often as a recurring character in the Godzilla franchise. She is typically portrayed as a colossal sentient larva or imago, accompanied by two miniature female humanoids speaking on her behalf.
Set in a post Destroy All Monsters world, humanity lives in peace, knowing that there are no more Kaiju events. But when sightings of Kaijus appear, they realize that it's only a matter of time when the King of the Monsteres returns as well.
