Zoe Nightshade is one of the Hesperides, the daughters of Atlas, The General. After helping Hercules trick Atlas to get some golden apples, she’s banished and joins The Hunters of Artemis. When she meets Percy she’s shocked to see that he’s acquired riptide. Because she joins The Hunters of Artemis she has a hatred of all males especially Percy. She joins Thalia, Grover, and Bianca and later Percy to rescue Artemis. She braves the dragon Ladon and gets bitten. Then in the final battle she fights her father Atlas while in pain. Her last words were that Percy deserved riptide more than Hercules and dies.
