a group of LA high school losers in 2009-2010 learn of a website called PRANKNET run by an anonymous Vlad the Crimean who gives cash prizes to people who pull prank missions for the site. The group, who calls themselves PAYDAY (with their own anonymous personas), get loaded by doing more and more over-the-top (and illegal) pranks and become elite a-list celebrities until it blows up in their faces.
