Mayor Humdinger is the bumbling, self-serving antagonist of Adventure Bay who constantly schemes to undermine the PAW Patrol and seize control of the town's resources for his own gain. A portly, pompous figure with an inflated sense of his own importance, Humdinger masks his incompetence behind grandiose speeches and elaborate plans that inevitably backfire. Despite his villainous intentions, he's more comedic than truly menacing—his schemes are transparently selfish and often thwarted by his own arrogance and lack of foresight. He has a particular vendetta against Chase and Skye, viewing the PAW Patrol as obstacles to his power consolidation. Humdinger surrounds himself with yes-men and relies on manipulation and bureaucratic red tape rather than genuine leadership skills. His character serves as a satirical commentary on corrupt, self-interested politicians who prioritize personal gain over public welfare.
