Lukan Outdawzman. also known by his alias Dred Foxx, is an American voice actor and rapper. He is best known for voicing PaRappa Rappa in the PaRappa the Rapper series. He is also known for doing work for the Sonic the Hedgehog series. In the credits for Sonic Adventure, his name was incorrectly listed as Dread Fox.
