Gary Ross (born November 3, 1956) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer. He is best known for writing and directing the fantasy comedy-drama film Pleasantville (1998), the sports drama film Seabiscuit (2003), the dystopian action film The Hunger Games (2012), and the heist comedy film Ocean's 8 (2018). In this highly anticipated sequel to 2013's, "Paperboy", "Paperboy 2" takes off not long after the first story. Angela (Selena Gomez) moves away due to her family's fear that Sunnyville is treacherous territory and they need to get away and live normal lives. Danny Summers (Logan Lerman) has to learn to move on from his ex-girlfriend's absence and tries to lead a normal life. Shortly after a new girl moves to town named, Monica (Chloe Grace Moretz), who joins Danny in his paper route. They are friendly rivals at first, but move towards a more serious relationship after spending much time together. While all seems to be going well a giant portal opens up in middle of town causing residents to go crazy with fear. Crime is happening everywhere from vandalism to looting, and monsters are popping up in the streets. Danny puts a stop to initial acts of crime, but soon after he finds there is more to the situation than meets the eye. The end of the world is taking place and Satan has come to claim what is rightfully his. Danny Summers and Monica Bedard must work together to stop Hell from consuming Sunnyville, and the rest of the world for that matter. But, will Danny prevail or is this only the beginning of the end?
