Trigger Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社トリガー, Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Torigā), also known as Studio Trigger, is a Japanese animation studio founded by former Gainax employees Hiroyuki Imaishi and Masahiko Ōtsuka on August 22, 2011.
The most beloved follow-up to Paper Mario sees Mario on a quest to unlock the Thousand-Year Door and rescue Princess Peach. First he tags along with a new quirky cast of partners and find the legendary Crystal Stars that will unlock the secrets of this ancient door. But an alien cult called the X-Nauts steps in the way of Mario's path seeking the same prize.
