A member of Les Bijoux, and one of the Seven Jewels destined to defeat the Treasures of Ruin. Taiya is a new transfer student at Aceituna Academy, a rivaling school to Naranja-Uva, and though she's incredibly talented, most people don't like being around her for one simple reason: she thinks she's the protagonist of the universe, and is horrifically self-centered and irresponsible. She treats everyone around her as extras and tends to foist her problems and responsibilities on them while always trying to take the spotlight. It's not that she means to be malicious, granted; Taiya moves around constantly, and because of that, she'd never learned how to properly socialize with other people or form long-standing relationships, so everything she knows about it comes from what she sees on TV. After she awakens her powers during an inter-school Pokemon battling competition and joins the Bijoux, however, she'll have to learn how to be a team player if she wants to keep her spot and her newfound friend group. Using her Jewelled Staff, she transforms into Sapphire Bijou, the jewel of endless blue waters. Southeast Asian VAs only.
