The Gym Leader of Cascarrafa, who specializes in Water types. Kofu may be a powerful Gym Leader and terrific chef with a lovable personality, but he's also a bit hasty and scatterbrained. His beleaguered assistant at the Gym is always cleaning up after his messes, and soon, the small grudges she forms over all the extra work get amplified by Wo-Chien's curse, turning her into a torrential monster! Thus, it's up to Kofu and the Bijoux to set things right and save her.
