Pac-Man is celebrating his birthday with his family and friends, when suddenly, a gigantic robot replica of himself (named Toc-Man) kidnaps his wife and two children, along with his father, Professor Pac-Man. Teamed with best friend Pooka, along with Officer Mappy and Dig Dug, Pacman sets out to Ghost Island, where Toc-Man and a new army of ghosts are waiting for them.
