Norman 'Norm' Spencer (born February 23, 1958, died August 31, 2020) was a Canadian actor and voice actor, who was best known for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics character Cyclops in X-Men: The Animated Series and the Marvel vs. Capcom series of video games.
When it comes to MARVEL projects outside the MCU (animated shows, animated movies, games, ect), which characters' voices would we pick for a MARVEL Project? Like Brian Bloom or Roger Craig Smith for Captain America, for example! :)
