Renzo, Mukai’s younger brother, is an impulsive and unpredictable executioner under Lockley. A sadist, he takes pleasure in killing, though he often equates it with eating. Renzo is incredibly strong and fast, making him a dangerous opponent. His relationship with Mukai is marked by constant bickering and insults, though there's a twisted camaraderie between them. Renzo’s childlike innocence and volatility make him a chaotic force, capable of violent outbursts when things don’t go his way. Despite his sadistic nature, he retains a naive, bratty disposition.
