Mukai is a massive vampire and one of Lockley’s executioners, known for his deadly scythe and brutal combat skills. A sadist at heart, he enjoys the pain of his victims, but his laziness leads him to avoid responsibility, often leaving tasks to his younger brother, Renzo. Despite his size, Mukai is quick and efficient in battle. His cruelty is tempered by indifference, showing little interest in anything beyond his work. He has a sibling-like relationship with Renzo, often mocking his brother's childishness but still working with him as a team.
