Mina is from the Hīragi family, one of Japan's most prestigious and influential families. However, she has been ostracized from her family due to her lack of ambition and desire to engage in their internal power struggles. Mina’s older sister died due to the family's conflict, and this loss has further distanced her from her heritage. Mina joined the Moon Demon Corps and leads her own squad, where she oversees the training and duties of several recruits, including supervising Ryuuichi. She’s sarcastic, apathetic, and enjoys teasing others, especially Ryuuichi. Though emotionally distant at first, she grows to care deeply for her squad, seeing them as the family she never had.
