Obsessed with control, he views his experiments as art, justifying his cruelty with a sense of superiority. Manipulative and self-centered, Lockley enjoys torturing both humans and vampires. While not the vampire faction's leader, his intelligence and ambition make him a key figure in the underworld. He operates with a business-minded attitude, using others as pawns in his twisted schemes.
