William Michael "Billy" Zabka (born October 20, 1965) is an American actor, martial artist, screenwriter, and film producer. Zabka is best known for his role of Johnny Lawrence in The Karate Kid (1984), The Karate Kid Part II (1986), and decades later reprises the role of Johnny in the Netflix series Cobra Kai (2018-), along with Ralph Macchio as Daniel. During the 1980s, Zabka appeared in the comedy movies Just One of the Guys (1985) and Back to School (1986). Zabka also co-starred on the CBS television series The Equalizer as the son of the title character (1986–89). He also played Jack, Audrey's jock boyfriend, in National Lampoon's European Vacation (1985). During the 1990s and 2000s, he acted mostly in independent films while studying to be a filmmaker. In 2003, he wrote and produced the short film Most, shot on location in the Czech Republic and Poland. Most (aka The Bridge) had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival 2003 and won numerous awards at prestigious film festivals, including Best of Festival at the Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films in 2003. In 2004, he was nominated for an Academy Award for Most in the Live Action Short Film category.

Czechia, one of the US closest allies is in a political crisis. The Prime Minister and gov take control of parliament, security forces and media, destroy democracy and bring the country closer to Russia. Against the will of Czechs and Slovaks majority, they restore the Czechoslovak Federal Republic. After changing constitution, the president is stripped of power and isolated. When his convoy is taken over by the federal security service, president secretly contact potus and warn him that the government is preparing absolute takeover of Czechia. Washington discovers that the PM wants to sign a secret agreement with Russia within a few days. The US cant intervene openly, they send 8 men separately under false identities of businessmen, technicians and foreign workers. Their task is not to kill the Prime Minister, but to find the President, obtain evidence of the Russia plan and unite people within the army, police and state administration who still reject the regime. They discovers that government wants to provoke violence during the largest demonstration using its own provocateurs, arrest opponents, postpone the elections, declare state of emergency and remove the president. The 8 manage to obtain secret documents, but one of the them is captured and the regime begins to suspect an American operation. On demonstration day, units got an order to intervene against crowd. With the help of the 8, president manages to speak live to the nation from where he is held and publish evidence. He calls on everyone to refuse illegal orders. Some units stop obeying the gov and army commanders turn against the prime. The prime loses power. Last loyal units are disarmed and he tries to escape with the help of Russians. However, he is stopped and arrested by his own soldiers, Russians killed. There are free elections and a referendum. Czechia and Slovakia divided. 8 Americans disappear from the country. Their operation will never be officially confirmed.
