Shigeyuki Totsugi was born on November 7, 1973 in Sapporo, Japan. He is an actor and director, known for The Quiz Show (2008), Spirited Away (2001) and N43° (2009). He has been married to Yui Ichikawa since September 8, 2015. They have two children.
The series follows the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates as they quest in search of the "One Piece", a fabled prestige treasure that might elevate their captain, Monkey D. Luffy, to be "The King of the Pirates".
