Vivian Watson (born on 30th December 2007) is an American actress who took over the role of Toot from Tori Feinstein in the American dub of Chuggington starting from the sixth season.
The series follows the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates as they quest in search of the "One Piece", a fabled prestige treasure that might elevate their captain, Monkey D. Luffy, to be "The King of the Pirates".
