One More Light
Broadway Musical Original
Eli Vance has spent eight years as the invisible backbone of Broadway — a swing, an understudy, a chorus member in the back row. He is exceptional and almost entirely unknown. When a last-minute casting crisis opens the lead role of Thomas Halloway in the new musical The Glass Coast — the most anticipated show in a decade — Eli is thrown into the spotlight with four days of rehearsal and a lifetime of yearning. What follows is not a simple triumph. It is a reckoning: with failure, identity, ambition, the cost of love deferred, and the terrifying question of who you are when you finally get what you always wanted.
