Rikhard (last name unknown, pronounced "Ri-kard" with a Norwegian accent) is a character in the Pelle Politibil franchise. He is the driver of Pelle Politibil and is also a police officer for the Norwegian Police Service. Rikhard is played by Åge Magnussen, the creator of Pelle, in the TV series and by Gard B. Eidsvold in the 2002 movie.
