An officer working for the NYPD, and Karl Daniels' older brother. He's in charge of the investigation into the Silencer, is secretly working with mafioso Drew Underhill, and thinks Bruce's family has something to do with Keith's murder. He is able to arrest one of the shooters during the climactic shootout but is arrested himself under the belief that he's the Silencer. He is based on Kenshiro Daimon.
