An officer working for the NYPD, and Ken Daniels' younger brother. He's in charge of the case regarding Keith's murder and is oblivious to the fact that Ken's working with mafia capo Drew Underhill. He's able to kill the Silencer: Damien Schafer, and arrest Chris Maxwell for his involvement in the climactic shooting, only for Ken to be arrested under the belief that it was him. He is based on Koshiro Daimon.
