We've only got the casting for the first part proposed so far, but basically, this would be multiple collections of chapters following primarily the lives of Lorelai and Luke before (and probably after) they meet each other, starting in Lorelai's freshman year. Obviously this will span to cover their family lives, the lives of other people in Stars Hollow, the evolution of their relationships with different characters, filll in the gaps of their lives, and eventually we get to Rory's upbringing.
