Casey’s teenage little sister and a student of Roosevelt High. When Casey and Shannon were younger, they were very close to each other until the brutal injury that cost their father his police career. The incident scarred little Shannon for life, and she donned a temperamental and aloof alt-girl look to cope with the trauma. Ever since then, the two began drifting apart with Casey pursuing justice for Arnold while Shannon donned the nickname Shadow as she grew more distant from her family. However, Casey’s adventures with the Turtles helped the Jones siblings fix their relationship over time and eventually return to her old playful self.
