A timid and lowly janitor at Laird East University who was mutated into a disgusting monster as punishment for simply being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Seymour Guts was mutated after discovering Baxter breaking into the school to perform his experiments and was captured by his Mousers to be the next test subject. Horrified at what he was turned into, Seymour went on a rampage of despair while the Turtles tried to create a retro mutagen to cure him, but they could only reverse the transformation for a short time before the Mutagen Man fled, vowing revenge on the world that wouldn’t save him.
