Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
My take on a darker, more mature animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series that aims to appeal to fans of all kinds, but especially those who grew up on the 2003 series.
