When the Foot Clan start to enter New York and start working with T.G.R.I the turtles start looking into it. Throughout the movie the turtles are told the story of how Hamato Yoshi and Oroku Saki became enemies and how their rivalry was what eventually created the turtles. Eventually Leonardo and Raphael get into an argument about whether or not to go after the Foot. Raphael ends up leaving the sewer to go after the Foot while Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Donatello stay behind to try and figure things out through a more quiet approach. While out Raphael ends up finding some Foot Soldiers but gets into a fight with a vigilante who was trying to stop them as well named Casey Jones. Eventually Raphael and Casey find out that Shredder is in the T.G.R.I building by interrogating a Foot Soldier. The movie climaxes as the two get into T.G.R.I and end up facing the Shredder who slowly gets up and quickly beats both Raphael and Casey before throwing them out of the building. The other turtles get there and Shredder walks out to tell them not to interfere again or he will kill them, the reporter, and the rat. Leo attacks Shredder but is cut in the stomach and thrown to the ground. The other four go after Shredder but fail as well before Splinter shows up and tells Shredder to back off. The two stare at each other for a while but Shredder eventually goes back inside and Splinter as well as the turtles and Casey go back to the sewer where Leo is put in the bathtub who is now in a coma.
