With the Court of Owls dismantled in the last season, Nightwing settles into Blüdhaven as its protector - but peace is short lived. A new power, Blockbuster, begins consolidating control of the city’s underworld from the shadows. To enforce his rule, Blockbuster hires Deathstroke, forcing Dick to face one of his oldest and deadliest enemies. As Nightwing fights a war on the streets, Barbara returns to action as Batgirl, but her path collides with the infamous Lady Shiva, who sees Barbara’s recovery as a challenge to her reputation. Meanwhile, Barbara as Oracle faces her own nemesis in The Calculator, a hacker who builds a criminal network to rival hers. The season escalates as Deathstroke relentlessly targets Nightwing, exploiting his past with the Titans and threatening those he loves. Oracle and Batgirl struggle against Calculator’s digital stranglehold, while Huntress and Black Canary return to help in the city’s darkest hour. In the explosive finale, Nightwing and Deathstroke face off in a brutal, personal duel across Blüdhaven’s docks. Deathstroke is defeated but not killed - while in the shadows, Blockbuster watches, untouched, cementing himself as Blüdhaven’s true kingpin and setting the stage for war in Season 3.
