After taking down Black Mask and the majority of her corrupted Lawwoman, Dina and her team of Ben Kane & Coline Cash are slowing cleaning up Bludhaven through donations of Wayne Tech. But a secret society emerges from the shadows, The Court of Owls, make their marks on the city. The Court of Owls want Dina Grayson to join their ranks and become a Talon, a breed of highly trained assassins, as well Artem Crock, who broke away from his criminal family as he helped Dina Grayson stop Black Mask. But If Dina and Artem don’t join, the Court of Owls will take Bludhaven, by any means necessary, even if it means killing Dina’s Team. Even with help by Robin, Tia Drake, and former sidekick to Green Arrow, Red Arrow, Rayna Harper, Dina seems uncertain of Bludhaven’s future.
