Robert Kenneth Shaye (born March 3, 1939), often referred to as Bob Shaye, is an American businessman, film producer, director and actor. He is also the brother of actress Lin Shaye.
In 1993, Lewis Abernathy was hired to write the first ever FvJ script. The plot follows a gang of a Freddy worshipping cult resurrecting Krueger and use him to impregnate a virgin for rebirth him into reality as the virgin's older sister and her friends resurrect Jason to kill Freddy.
