Voice Register: Upper Low-Medium. The third-in-command after Hook and Smee, Graham is also called "Gentleman Starkey" because of his impeccable manners. He is one of the better-developed pirate characters in the story as he used to be an usher (an assistant teacher) in an English public school, and is "still dainty in his ways of killing". Due to having an attachment to his mother and other feminine figures in his life like Michael Darling, he prefers to adopt the image of a foppish French pirate who wields a rapier. Due to his attraction to Hook, he is often afraid of speaking out of turn and drawing the Captain's wrath - but Hook does respect him.
