Alexander Duncan McCowen, CBE (26 May 1925 – 6 February 2017) was an English actor. He was known for his work in numerous film and stage productions.

James Bond is brought out of retirement to Quash spectre and Blofeld. He meets young American seashell collector Domino Petachi and evil Italian SPECTRE agent Emilio Largo. The idea combines elements from the original book, thunderball film and never say never again screenplay.
