It's 2078 and the world in a post-apocaliptic world where everything that remains is a great city called Neopolis where all the survivors of a nuclear catastrophe have stayed, but now, they are starting to see the consequences of creating a future from the residues of the past and how everything only gets worse, for example, crime already established in the streets and how all the repressed anger and resentment of the years of war and catastrophe, it takes the form of a scavenger entity which seems to be something necessary for Neopolis, perhaps something that can straighten the path, nothing more out of reality.
