Fan Casting Captain Keyes in Neil Blomkamp's Halo

The stone-faced, unreadable commander of the Pillar of Autumn. He is a battlefield pragmatist who orders his own ship abandoned, allows himself to be captured to draw Covenant away from Earth, and endures horrific torture without breaking. His final act before capture is shooting a Jackal point-blank. Later infected by the Flood, he becomes a tragic mouthpiece for the hive mind.
