Character Description

A high-ranking Covenant Sangheili commander, taller than a human and clad in ceremonial black armor. He is intelligent, zealous, and ruthless—noticing a single footprint that betrays Master Chief's escape and personally torturing Captain Keyes. He speaks of "washing clean" Earth and offers redemption through annihilation. His cold, digitized voice (Davi) and alien, athletic movement (Jones) make him a memorable antagonist.
