Olympic City. During the day, it seemed like the average everyday metropolis that one could raise a family in. However, at night, the city would soon change as Street Racers from all over the city competed to see who was truly the best in the Underground racing scene. Ryan Cooper, a new racer in the city, competes to be the very best against the main group, the Eastsiderz.
