When we first meet Deirdre in Season 1, she’s very mean to Nancy and the gang, and is Helen Corning’s second-in-command. She is usually very timid around Helen, but alone, she can make your life a living hell. After Helen starts hanging out with clue crew in season 3, Deirdre drops Helen from their posse, and becomes the new queen-bee of River Heights High School. That same season Deirdre starts a relationship with town burglar, Scott Varnell, and joins him in his crime sprees. She pops every now and then after season 3, and is even seen in episodes of ‘Hardy.’
