Jennifer Kent (born 5 March 1969) is an Australian writer-director best known for her supernatural horror film "The Babadook" (2014) and her period revenge thriller "The Nightingale" (2018). Kent graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 1991 with a degree in Performing Arts.
After developing an addiction to the substance he uses to kill bugs, an exterminator accidentally kills his wife, and becomes involved in a secret government plot being orchestrated by giant bugs in a port town in North Africa.
