Debura ｢デブラ, debura｣ is the youngest of Dagruel's three sons who he sent to Tempest with his brothers after getting fed up with them. After losing to Shion in a one-sided beatdown, he came to admire her and became her subordinate. He leads a fanclub with his brothers in her name which also serves as a formidable military force.
