Vladimir "Vlad" Masters, also known as Vlad Plasmius, is the main antagonist of Danny Phantom. A rich, debonair billionaire, Vlad is a powerful half-ghost whose twenty years of experience constantly one-up Danny's own ghostly abilities.
Halloween is closer than it was earlier in the year, so now I thought would be the ideal time to make this. Just add yourself and your all time favorite bad guys (Anti-heroes/ Villains and reformed characters do count in this context)
