Vitor is not above using dark powers, including those wielded by the Darkside Inhabitants, to achieve his goals. His pursuit of control is unrelenting, and as the story unfolds, he may seek an alliance with the Darkside Inhabitants in exchange for their abilities—or try to destroy them if they stand in his way. His cunning and willingness to betray anyone for power make him a dangerous figure in the larger conflict.
